Contract production of monoclonal antibodies
The in vitro production of monoclonal antibodies at Diatec Monoclonals is carried out in modern laboratory facilities. Technology and equipment is chosen according to the customer's requirements of antibody. Our production systems, including BioVest Maximizer and Integra Celline CL1000, cover all production ranges from hundreds of grams down to less than 50mg. Whether you need monoclonal antibodies for your research project or are looking to outsource some of your company's larger scale productions, Diatec Monoclonals is your best option.
Serum: Only foetal bovine serum of FDA approved origin is used.

This production method is recommended if antibody amounts in the range of 50-5000 mg are required. Hybridomas are supplied by customer, and the antibodies are produced by culturing in CL1000 in vitro production unit from Integra Biosciences, Switzerland. Our standard CL1000 production run is for 5 weeks, the yield depends on the productivity of the clone. The products delivered will be of the same high, stable quality as products in larger scale systems when you are ready to scale up.
Product may be delivered as supernatant or as purified material. |

Maximizer
|
This production method is recommended if antibody amounts above 3 g are
required. Antibodies are produced by culturing
cells supplied from customer in an in vitro
hollow fibre production unit. Harvests are done
continuously and are stored at 4ºC. One Maximizer unit is run for
a minimum of 2 months. In this system you will have full control of essential
parameters as pH, level of dissolved oxygen and glucose in nutrition media.

4-6 weeks pre-culturing of cells and establishment of cell banks
Months to years of production
2-3 weeks post treatment (purification, QC etc.)

Purified material: from 30 NOK/mg according to productivity of the cell line and on amount of antibody requested. Please ask us for a quote.

All cell lines supplied to Diatec Monoclonals AS for production of antibodies
must be documented free from mycoplasma, and must not be suspected of any
other contaminations.
